Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is wonderfully situated, right on The Leas with a beautiful building. The rooms were still very nice but a bit small, tucked away downstairs. The service was brilliant and very professional, with friendly staff going out of their way to assist. The location is superb for the beach and town, offering free street parking nearby. The dining experience was alright, with some room for improvement. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel in Folkstone is a little gem by the sea with fantastic location and great amenities nearby. However, the lack of air conditioning may be a concern for some.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was beautifully decorated and the vegetarian food was excellent; however, its location right next to the lift led to multiple disturbances throughout the night. The price of £45 was reasonable for the facilities provided.
The hotel rooms were fantastic, spacious, and modern showers added a nice touch. The double bedroom for the parents was a bit smaller but clean. The service went the extra mile with the best breakfast ever. The location was within a beautiful manoir, though a bit far for some. Dining had ample choices but some issues at the restaurant. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor drawbacks.
